My legions wont start!

: yoo. my login screen to legions says contacting auth server. its been like that for like 5 mins. i just finished reinstalling a fresh OS. any ideas why this is happing???

6) Launcher stuck at 'Contacting Auth server'/just doesn't open at any point.

- Try the methods above. If none of them apply, thanks to Stefygraff, another method is available.

Thanks bro. but umm i just had the time wrong. it was on 2002. and the auth server was updated that long ago. so i fixed it. but now when i boot game it says "failed to locate D3Dx.dll" any ideas about that?
