After a lag spike occurs my character was shooting when I am not holding the mouse, but when i click it, It stops firing, halp?

It can happen in a lot of games, not just Legions. Not exactly sure what the root cause of the problem is, but it's an easy fix and, as you pointed out, related to lag.
