LUath has stopped responding

Ok.. ive tried on numerous occasions to try and get this thing to install but everytime i click the .Exe it says " LUath has stopped working " ive tried everything, from downgrading my drivers to reinstalling Directx.. alittle help please?

System Specs: Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Information.
Log files: Legions Overdrive\live\logs

Simple, if you are on windows 7, right-click properties, then go to the compatibility tab. Tick the tick box for "run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select windows XP Service pack 3. Then tick the last box on the page, to run the program as an administrator. Problem solved!
