Legionnaire (Specifically Sentinel) Look-Alikes?

I was afraid that Legions wasn't actually under Copyright, because in another commercial for this game (Space Marines), I saw a guy in a blue and pearly white-trimmed mech suit with a gun that resembled the RL with the little grey belt thingy running from the gun to the Mech suit that Sentinels have. At first I thought somebody had made a deal and bought up Legions and made it into a huge game, as if I missed some major news. Shortly thereafter, I saw the game's title. And a few of the Mech suits also resemble the Rokkit Ball suits. I swear these ideas in "Space Marines" are NOT original.

Yar, Warhammer 40k's been around for a very long time. Seymour used to battle as the Orks (Boar Boyz ftw!) when he played the tabletop game. I'd have to say their bulky armour style has influenced a lot of armour designs over the years.
It's actually a very cool 'world', kinda dark and depressing, mind you.

I admitted I never knew about the "Warhammer 40K", yet you still act if I'm ignorant, Appli. I did not blantantly deny the fact that this "Warhammer 40K" exists. I don't like where this thread is going, so I'd like a lock. The OP is about how much they look alike. Now I now about this older stuff. "30 years is not a lot". Well, you know, I don't randomly look up facts about the 80's. We all know there is no possible way for me to have known about this.
