i've registered for an account but todate i have not received an email and now it tells me account exits.

please advice.

Check your e-mail filter. After about a week and the account has not been confirmed it's automatically kaboshed and you'll need to register again.

As for the lack of a confirmation e-mail, likely culprit is an overly strict mail filter. So check your spam folder this time, at worst, you may need to try another e-mail account.
