I've read through the bug reports trying to find which thread might relates to my fps changes. I've noticed that there's also dust in my comp and it may be interfering with the fan. I have a laptop, any help?

Yeah, clean out the dust, might be overheating your laptop.

And try out "Legions Lite"

Change your video card settings, get legions lite, think about getting a cooling pad to go beneath your computer if the problem is overheating
