I have a crappy computer and I'm sure that's the reason it's like this but, the ground in all the maps will spaz out in black/blue/original shades. Is there a way to fix this?

yeah its most likely your graphics card

edit: theres a second computer i use and all the bases on that computer are pitch black...so it's got similar problems because of the card in it

Might be a good idea to post your system specs as well, to see if your system meets the requirements for Legions.

Looking at the gpu specs on your computer it looks like it uses a intel gma 950.
You Also need xp service pack 3 to run legions as well, your processor seems to be sufficient (barely), as well as yor ram (which is fibe). But your gpu cannot suppirt legions

To put it into perspective the geforce 7300 can only just run legions using legions lite, and it is a MUCH better gpu than your one

This is a case of you most likely being unable to play this game ubtil you get a new computer, you are very lucky it even loads as your computer doesnt even make the minimum requirements

Mininum requirements for legions:

Windows XP SP3 with latest updates, Windows Vista™ SP2 with latest updates, or Windows 7™ with latest
updates
ATI Radeon™ x800 or NVIDIA GeForce™ 6800/8400 DirectX 9.0c (Windows XP™) or DirectX 10 (Windows Vista™, Windows 7™)
Processor: Pentium® 4 2.2 GHz, Core® 2™ Duo 1.6 GHz, AMD Athlon™ 64 2.08 GHz or better
RAM: 512 MB of available system memory
Internet Access Required

Sorry :(
