Flag Reticle Not Appearing

I don't know if this a bug or not but when I throw the flag, the reticle never pops up. Help?

I didn't even notice that there was a flag reticle until I saw this thread.

Just line up the direction you want to throw with your weapon reticle and just throw.

Dont worrie because Flag reticle is not important when u play.
what is important is give ur enemy some rockets.

Likewise, I had a really nice one as well, the graphic was sick. Still, the new way of holding it down is much better.
