Dumb Question needs Dumb Answer.

I've been trying to get Fraps to work with legions but each time i start to record with it my game freezes.
I'm using half-size at 15fps but it locks up until i stop recording.

WTH am i doing wrong?

What kind of graphics card do you have? Are you using laptop?

Vid - ATi Radeon 4850 1 GB
Proc - Phenom II 940 X4 @ 3.4 GHz
RAM - GSkill Pi 8gig
