I don't think that's the case at all. Throw a grenade behind you and hit it with a rocket. Everyone can learn it. For me personally, this adds quite a bit more depth to the game right now. Ofcourse it can and should be tweaked, but not the point of uselessness.

Impact and splashdamage increase based on distance traveled maybe? You can still nadejump this way.

May i request a "slight" modification (if possible)? In T2 there was a script called SnipeZoom or something like that. Can't really remember. Anyways, what it did was if you had the Sniper Rifle in your inventory and pressed the zoom button, it would automatically switch to the sniper rifle...

In my opinion, the current flag sounds need to be expanded. We need different sounds for: Enemy Flag taken Enemy Flag returned Friendly Flag taken Friendly Flag returned And a sound should also be played when the flag is picked up from the field, which afaik is not implented yet... or it's...

The .dso files are the compiled .cs script files. You're not supposed / allowed to change any values in them. To answer your question: not possible for you at the moment.

Just make your legions folder read only. It'll give an validation error when you start the launcher, but you can play anyways.

The current respawntime seems just fine to me personally. You've to account for the different spawnzones aswell.
