I've been playing it the past few days. Really fun game.

There aren't enough players yet. Only 8 have responded so far. I don't think we will get one going this week. The goal was more to get an idea of peoples weekly schedule than a specific time and date. I would like to have a specific day(s) of the week that we get together and play pickups.

Instead of server-side maps which will likely not happen, maybe someone (Jello and/or Defender) could get limited svn access so they can push out map updates to all the clients?

I was expecting more capping. Very disappointed.

TLDR; - People don't play CTF anymore - People just duel. - Game mechanics: - Dodge core sucks. - Boost core promotes lazy capping. Most of what he says I agree with.

That makes sense. I spam space on respawn, so even if I did use the other method it wouldn't likely occur.

Does this only happen with the 2 click fire mechanic? I have not experienced it, but I use the charge up fire mechanic.

I think the map should be added through an update, along with the new version of Wintermelt which should be added to rotation in my opinion. It would be nice if we could get PUGs going again and play them.....but I don't think that will happen judging by the player count lately.

Fix trees. (Remove collision with leaves.) Most of the complains seemed to be about the base. A lot of people had problems with the stand and base. They want the stand to be a larger so that splash from rockets hitting the top of the stand room does not impact a capper going for the flag.
