For the key presses it might be due to "Sticky Keys", Go to your control panel find "Ease of Access", click on "Make the keyboard easier to use" everything should be unchecked except for the second check box under "Turn on Toggle Keys", if you have everything checked due to special circumstances...

That won't work very well, most if not everyone's ping will be through the 100's and you'd have to have a computer that stays on 24/7, I've tried it before and it didn't work out very well.

Killing a pub is not in your best interest, Once that pub is killed people won't get on anymore and it's very unlikely you'll get people to join the pug seeing as how much trouble we already go to to try and get people to join teamspeak and play like 2 games....

It's the fear of losing and not knowing who to choose. I had that feeling when I first tried to captain but you gradually get over it and the more you play the more players you know but once a bad decision is made the whole team blames the captain, if a player is the problem the whole team...
