Sentinel isn't limited. You can cap/chase/defend/do whatever you want it's just a little harder than a raider due to lack of speed.

Don't know who informed you about the old LR but i can assure you it wasn't a 1 hit kill weapon and the further they were away from you the less damage they would take so it was rather impossible to 1 hit with the old LR. Watch Jossi's vid: Even at close range they go from healthy to damaged.

I only use them for rocket jumping in midair. If you come down from the back hill on frost you can easily do a base to base cap if you RJ in midair.

I'v been using the sniper for the past few days now and it's extremely easy to snipe chase. My advice would to be jet up a hill as you normaly would when skiing then wait for you're energy to regain a little and make the shot when you're coming down a hill. You'll lose pretty much no speed and...
