I strongly recommend mics. It helps you getting picked and is incredibly important.

Sid, Shaska, Vortex, Juice, Frost (<--- not L:E old school?), Thermo. Some others as well just cant remember right now... Most of those people have even moved up the the pick for pug list. Always a good sign when you get picked often.

U.S Servers are ran from donations within the community who are local to those servers, thats why we have so many.

Come on down to some pugs one day and see if your sniping skills can change the flow of a game. :) That's a good way to tell if your doing it right. O-snipe, D-snipe, Sweeper, Snipe chase. Bunch of ways it can be used.

Decisions on game changes do not start, nor end with Mabel. If anything was "nerfed" it is usually because of balance issues and is thoroughly tested by the PT's/Devs before release.
