....You can't remove ping, it shows how well you're connected to the server. The higher the ping, the more you'll lagg.

Not a fan of the map picking one, and the joining late one. Captain should be able to pick what he wants, if they played Frostbyte last match, and the Captain decides to play it again, so be it. If you join late to a PuG and someone decides to pick you, then let them. I don't see why not since...

It's a game, I always play competitively. I play to win but that isn't always the point since the end result is how well the team performs - which is why I like to play games like DM and FIFA where I don't need to rely on people but myself to win :)
