You bumped this thread, making Pure think there was an update.

As for the missing flag, it's a mystery. It wasn't intentionally removed. I still miss seeing it, but the Flag Alert script helps.

Sorry Ive been with legions for a while but haven't bothered to look at the forums till lately so im just noobing it up now, and thanks for the script by the way i was wondering where you implemented it when i seen your videos_ I joined the forums in hopes of contributing some texture or models but i seen the late news about the dev team_ great vids by the way fix

I too have been away and am now nubbing things up. Glad to see some old names and this game is still kicking..

3/21 Patch Notes​

Gameplay Changes​

Overtime​

Overtime will start if the teams are one point apart, and the leading team's flag is not on the stand. If it does get returned, the game ends and they win. If the trailing team manages to cap, the next team to score wins. Note that the end-screen might not be fully correct, but it should be obvious who wins in this situation anyways. The previous overtime mechanic is also still in in place (if both teams are tied at the end of the match).

Flab OOB fix​

If the flag somehow manages to sneak through the out of bounds grid, it will automatically return after 3 seconds.

Server admin enhancements​

  • Server admins can now change the time limit after a game has started. They can set it to 20m, 15m, 10m, 5m, and 1m.
  • Server admins can now ban items, such as specific armors, cores, and weapons. This can be used to create a 'classic' Legions match of Overdrive-only, stock weapons, etc.
  • There is now a visual map grid when selecting the next map rather than just a text list.

Canvas offset fix (experimental)​

  • A common issue with the UI is if you resize your window, the canvas seems to become 'detached' and buttons/options selector get shifted. This requires you to move your mouse to the left or right in order to actually click on them. An experimental fix has been added to hopefully reduce this from happening, though it still might in rare occasions.

Full-screen map change crash fix (experimental)​

  • If you play fullscreen and minimize the game during a match, it would crash when the server switches to the next map. A fix has been put in place to prevent this, though it could use more testing from others.

Main Menu​

  • There are now buttons to join the Discord from the main menu and options menu in-game.

New Map​

Arch Nemesis has been added to the game. Map size is similar to Frostbyte, and the terrain is mirrored.
