Art styles should be based on how it impacts the tone/theme and feel of the game not just because it may look more real. Not only that but dumping money on "realistic" graphics don't make a good game (Destiny, The Order 1886, Arkham Origins, Watchdogs --- Mario Maker, Splatoon, Rocket League...

The new boost core nerf also applies to your own flag, I 'm not sure if this was intended. By which I mean if you boost and pass through your own flag stand (while flag is home), unless you meet one of the conditions (150m/s or having used boost more than 2 sec ago), it will also drain your jets.

As much as I enjoy pugs, sometimes I find pubs more fun simply because people don't give too much of a *chocolate cookies* about winning, but care more about just doing what they want and enjoying themselves. No matter what you play pubs or pugs, you want to have fun and still win, but pugs are far more...

You could also only apply the slow if the boost-llama the flag from the stand, this way if you boost on your route, or chase it wouldn't effect you.

I'd be down for a tournament, but i feel like the entire player base would need to be interested to make 4 teams.

I like the back of the base, but I feel like just bringing back the original flag stand and removing the top would solve most issues. The thing I liked about the bases was that they were really simple, sometimes less is more.

I think Gorge and Qualm are both underplayed, and if we are considering custom maps I feel like Helion (http://forums.legionsoverdrive.com/threads/helion.5659/) would be a great map.
