It's really great and I love it. It's really fun when you're trying to distract the enemy team and trip people out. But is there any way we could be facing the direction we were when we teleported? I hate changing directions all the time. thanks

I don't think that's a great idea, because firstly, you are usually facing the direction you are moving. To wit, if you were facing somewhere else moving really quickly three seconds before activating your warp core, and then you're facing somewhere else when you activate it, you'll not only be look the wrong way, you'll be looking the wrong way while moving very quickly. Its safer to have the warp put you back where you were facing before entering.

Furthermore, cappers can use this feature to their advantage, skiing for a short while backwards, turn around, warpgrab the flag, and then turn around again. The chasers will come out facing the wrong direction, should they follow the capper through the warp scar, and they can mess up more easily.
