User server Chaingun modification -- Help!

I have two problems. whenever i modify the chaingun and rocket launcher cs files found in the server folder, no changes occur in-game. and yes i checked 'read only'.

Also I want to change the bullets fired by the chaingun to be what the Bolt fires, but with the same muzzle velocety, fire rate, and ammunition count as the chaingun. can anybody help me with this?

Modified server code only works when running your own server. Also, check the logs/console.log file for ## which will be beside a syntax error. Delete the .dso files as well for the chaingun and rocket launcher.
