Sounds like you keep downloading Live.zip every time you start the launcher. First, make sure you're not running the launcher from inside the downloaded .zip file. Second, I'd try completely deleting everything you've downloaded and installed, re-download the patcher, unzip it again, and run it again so it downloads Live.zip. You'll have to download it again, but you should be good after that.
