Skiing Tutorial I made focusing on strafing and down jetting

A) Using (not not using) the A & D keys is strafing. They're usually called "strafe keys" for a reason. What you're describing is something more along the lines of "carving".
B) It's "skier". There are several other mistakes/typos as well.

Other than that, pretty damn smooth.
