Raider's ability to Overdrive?

Currently, ODing is only available to Sentinels only, but why not bring it back to Raiders like in the old IA? (I think)

Vinzi, I'm normally pretty good at deciphering what folks mean, but darn, you got me stumped! Sentinels have instant Overdrive available to them, while Raiders and Outriders have "regular" Overdrive, available only once you've a) hit 88 m/s and b) are close to the ground. What are you talking about "bringing back" to Raiders?

I think he must not get high speeds to qualify for normal "Overdrive". So he is a bit confused why raider and outrider have no Overdrive.

I've read over this three times. The speed is 88 metres per second, like always. Raider never had insta-OD, so it wouldn't "come back" and contagious overdrive is still there (I think, not sure).
