Yar, with the Intel integrated chips, they may work, but expect performance to be poor and possibly not work at all.
So to recap, it appears that the original issue (Access is denied message) was likely a result of admin access (or lack thereof) and, after this was corrected, you were now able to join a server. However, at this point, the culprit could very well be the integrated intel chipset (which does not meet Legions system requirements). Your options at this point could be to try different Intel drivers or get a compatible discrete GPU (if possible).
