Ping issues since win7

Last week I upgraded my PC with win7 (along with new videocard and motherboard) and ever since I got a really unstable ping. I used to have around 30-60 on eu servers, but now it jumps from 30 to 900 ping in a few seconds, making the game absolutely unplayable. I attached pingplotter

Have you tried using Wired?

New PC could mean bloatware or firewall/anti-virus problem. Try disabling them to see if it helps.

If by wired you meant wether I tried using a cable to connect to the internet, I haven't tried it, not sure if I got that long. I tried it without firewall, didnt help. I still got my old anti virus program, I didnt have any issues with it before, turning it off didnt yield any results. Thanks for the advice though
