The thing we want to do here is decrease the ability to spam the weapon to hell, so instead of shooting 35 bolts hoping to kill somebody, they should change it to 25, so it has more then the regular rockets since it does less damage, but less the the heavies rockets because the heavy has the best armor and best guns.

Better. Though doesn't SB do the same damage as RL for a direct hit? At any rate, since the SB is essentially an RL specialized for air to air combat, I would think that it should have at least as much staying power as the RL.

35 to 25...

Decreasing 10 Bolt-Ammo is quite a lot if you view it from another perspective. 10 Bolts is enough to kill 2~3 enemies (if used sparingly and efficiently). Bolts also do less splash damage and are a-tad weaker than RocketLauncher. I think the extra ammo evens out the balancing scale.

Look at the normal GrenadeLauncher, then look at the GrenadeLauncherII.
The specialised weapon does, I don't know; 3x more damage than the normal GL?
It has extra ammo, 24 than 16. Does a more powerful (OP) weapon need more ammo than the weaker, barely-used GL?
