Need help fixing my account

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could give me the proper procedure for re-downloading my account in a way that when I fill the info out with my E-mail address, I don't get an error that says "This E-mail is already being used by another Legions account". I've ran 3 different anti-virus engines, and all say my system is clean, but every time I exit Legions I get an error that says Legions is trying to terminate itself in an unusual way. Once in a while I'll get tossed off a game, and receive the same message. Anyway, how do I download Legions again, and be able to use the same account info?

i've always wondered, why are there 2 download things we can click on? is there a difference between the 2?
