moonshine on every server?

today I noticed that mooshine was on nearly every server playing and for most of the day!

what with that?

or is it that I notice it more because I think of it as Buttshine* now a days?

It does seem to come up more often than other maps, but only a little more often than Frost or Nivo. Perhaps this has something to do with the minimum server population required for larger maps?

That is, if the minimum player rule is still going on. If it is, I really think that it should be lifted. Zenith and Gorge can still be quite fun with a smaller number of players.
