Massive Fragging at initial spawn

Not sure if everyone's seeing this, but in the countdown before the round begins, I see all my teammates repeatedly spontaneously exploding like they just got killed over and over and over until the round starts. It sounds and looks like all of us keep catching grenades over and over. During this last round, the game crashed during the countdown while this fragging was happening.

This is people suiciding. There is no spawn timer so that people can get a better spawn in competition/PU's, but it is a tad abusable in pubs.
