Lobby?

I would like a lobby for Legions: Overdrive

It can feature skin selection, voice selection, weapon and character selection, and chat. It can have a solution on "which map is next after which?" question (It can have a screenshot of the next map, just like the old Legions IA lobby.

A proper lobby, for me, adds 100% more socialisation to a game. SpringRTS pretty much depends on lobby clients and I spend more time in the lobby chatting with people than I do actually playing the game ... sometimes. It just uses an IRC format with functions, skins and extra features built on top of and around that base.

Better and simpler: for now a lobby that has the IRC channel integrated into it.

What is the benefits of Lobby? It just take our time...
anyway the Loading now is not that long...
Chatting in the Lobby is a way to avoid state of being BOREEEED....

I thought this was going to be added. Remember reading something like that or maybe it was just for the skins.

This thread already exists numerous times. And the answer is "no".

I'm afraid this would be an epic waste of developers time, all our focus should go onto the game itself instead of providing an alternative for something which works perfectly elsewhere (IRC).
