launcher problems since weapons update

Is anyone finding the launcher taking up to a minute to get passed 'downloadin channel info'

while postin this I got a new error 'ERROR: Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream'

What was that error from? The launcher or the forum?

The original 'bug' isn't even a bug.
