Lag Spikes

Here are my results, Greaper. Lag spikes are occuring close to every minute, and it's killing my speed and warping me. Any way you could help? Thanks I have cable. Clearwater, Florida USA. Also connected to Wifi

Your first hop is showing a huge variance in ping, is it possible to connect with an Ethernet cable to test it?
