Lets skip the registration, download and unzipping...
My problem is that i cant get the Launcher.exe going it gives me runtime error

You'll probably want to provide a screenshot/log file/little gnome that has memorized everything you saw and can recite it verbatim.

Its that annoying .NetFramework initialization error :"Unable to find version of the runtime to run this application"

Also if i hit Run As and go at Administrator--- type in my username and password, it says "Unable to log on: unknown username or password" :/

Did you create a new game account or are you using your forum login credentials?

Seems similar to my problem. So far i've done one thing to give me a different error than what i have been getting,

Step 1: Right click Launcher.exe
Step2: Select "Properties"
Step3: choose the "Compatibility" tab at the top of the new window.
Step 4: Check the "Run in Compatibility mode" and try each different mode.
Step5: Don't forget to run as administrator
Just note this hasn't fixed it for me, but it may very well work for you as your error seems slightly different.

EDITTTTTT: Make sure your service pack is up to date, mine wasn't and when i updated it it worked!

i created 5 new accounts, none work
