i still need the public test folder

Din't even need to be locked......don't even know why it was locked....

Do I still need the public test folder because public test is live now, This would mean if i KEEP or DELETE the folder.

Please understand what I wrote and not lock it for some stupid reason when i can at least tell you what i should do with the folder.

In your previous thread, you weren't clear in the slightest. I'm not sure if English is your first language, so I won't go hard on you. Generally, if you're trying to get your point across, it helps to write properly. Your previous thread simply said "not sure if keep..."
Also, do note, that you should generally make the topic title something short, and put the bulk of what you want to say in the topic itself.

Are you that hardpressed for space? The file is like <250mb, you can delete it now and when there is more stuff added to public test it will simply install the whole folder again.

Edit: To be clear, you can keep it if you want but you don't have to
