Hand Grenades not working on Singapore Public test server.

The hand grenades on are not working on Singapore public test server,the throw bar does appear but the grenade is not thrown.

Whats going on?!
Edit:Flag pass is also not working! Same problem,the throw bar appears but flag can't be thrown.

This bug happened to the US Public Test IL yesterday. The server needs to be reset, that's all. It's very irritating (yet leads to some interesting flag play xD).
