Anyone can be good at it, to be honest, they were waaaaaaaaaay overpowered in original servers, but now they seem too nerfed in public test servers. I can see why, but still, they're pretty useful for dueling.

For european I'd say Disci, or rrosvo.

For american, I'd say Envy, Poponfu, Me, ect. Pretty much the well known cappers and chasers, and I think I've seen freeman be pretty good at them? Not sure though.

i've used it to block the enemy capper... but it's so easy that way! then now i use them only in duel (sometimes)
