cant enter higer pinged servers

I live in sg and I keep getting this thing when i enter a us or eu game. ive reinstalled and did all i can but it doesn't work.

its says:

Disconnect ​

you do not have the correct version of legions:​

Overdrive or the related art needed to connect to​

this server.Please contact the server operator​

to obtain the latest version of this game.()​

I've had this problem before, I didn't have the latest launcher. The same dialogue appeared, I installed the latest launcher of Legions: Voila, it worked!

Make sure your legions install folder is not set to read only. If you have installed mods / rets/ soundpacks / use the tools posted in the mod forums, you mave have some files set to read only that need to be updates. Try removing the read only permissions to everything but your reticles and/or anything else you know for sure you dont want overwritten

im using the normal beta no mods or changes to it, just the original.

lol i figured out the problem: i havent shut down my pc for 2 months so it wasnt able to update
