Add a vote to kick player option?

I've been playing legions lately and every time i get into a game there is usually a guy with 300 + ping on the server and makes the game lag like terrible. Or there is some idiot that either isnt playing or just being stupid. Can we get a vote to kick player option for a solution to these problems.

I wouldn't mind a vote kick feature as long as there will be another group of admins just to hold everything together.
