Forums have been updated to the latest version of XenForo - version 1.2!
With this update gives us a little bit more control, so I'm now disabling images in signatures for regular users.
Why? Because your signature isn't a place to put a 5.3MB animated gif.
Sorry to any users who had a fairly small and reasonable signature. However it's easier to disable images in signatures instead of hunting around for anyone who violates size/dimension guidelines.
Anyone with an image already gets to keep it until you edit your signature again. I'll be checking existing users with images incase they're too large - those I'll be removing manually.
Hopefully this should make the forums a faster experience for most users.
