using pingplotter

i was told to try pingplotter because i keep freezing ingame, it keeps happening to me in in hotswap server and euro shazbot servers. i'll ski forward, freeze (which makes me stop), continue skiing for a couple of seconds, then return back to the point where i first froze.

for this test i was in an empty hotswap TX server
location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada
ISP and connection type : Rogers Cable
i'm connected directly to my modem/router which is a cisco DPC3825
connection speed (i ran several tests for this which were all pretty much the same)


i've also included some spec stuff about my computer, hopefully you guys can help get me back to playing legions normally

That's a lot of packet loss there it's your ISP's problem.

Where is hop #1? Could do with figuring out what's happened to it to fully confirm the results.

But yes, looks like you've got ISP problems.

i don't know...i tried to follow the instructions you made for diagnosing network related issues to the best i could http://forums.legionsoverdrive.com/threads/diagnosing-network-related-issues.1324/
