Trouble opening launcher

I recently got a new hardrive for my new computer. I downloaded the legions launcher tried extracting it with 3 different things. every time i hit play this is exactly what it says " GFXD3D9Devce::initD3DXFnTable- failed to locate a D3DX dll!" . also i see that there are no prefs in my files. i have deleted the live folder numerous times, and when downloading it only takes about 5 min which is an oddly short time. i have tried downloading the .Net frameworks
but it does the same thing when i reboot

Try reinstalling DirectX.

I was freaking out all last night and stayed up till about 2 trying to figure out what was up. i guess i missed the directX . but saw 6 others.

Good to hear that worked for you, Seymour doesn't advise you to kiss his feet, though. They have a terrible stench and an equally terrible rash.
