System could not find the specified file

ok so, i used to play fallen empire legions, which after a week it got removed sadly, yesterday i decided to come back to the game, and i found this 1, i downloaded it, and then it started updating, it took me like 1 hour, then i clicked play and then the error in the title appeared :'(, i redownloaded it and nothing, i again redownloaded it and extracted it with 7zip, still, didnt work, please help, i need immediate support or im going to go crazy >.<

If you have issues, try going into the IRC and asking for help there. Usually somebody can help.

Do you have windows vista / windows 7? If so, did you install it in a protected directory (like program files)?
If so, then either try running as administrator, or reinstalling elsewhere on the computer. (Or be like me and just disable UAC)
