Yea, its still there. Its pretty much the same scenario as the smoke in the middle of Fallout.
Long story short, I only made this thread for rock so he wouldnt see the snowflakes. The email wasnt sending so i made a thread.

...Torque doesn't have particle toggles. Even if your client removes the visuals the server is still creating them at the same location and your client will still "know" those particles are there and lag you at the same spot. Soooo yeah....
