How to host a server?

Hi all,
Long time fan of this game back to the IA days, my question is as above, how can I host a server? Are there server files around somewhere to download? Ideally I was looking at playing with 20 odd people at my local LAN group. Would I host this on a separate machine?

You can get away with just host on the best machine probably for one server though. On the find games screen just have them click refresh LAN. (see if that works ahead of time though)
