Ok i downloaded this for a voicepack http://minus.com/lBVXfz5hvZg9K and i put it legions live then data sound then quickchat then when i play it doesnt make a sound but the sarge snakey and cyborg do.

Don't put it in the quickchat folder. Drag the quickchat folder you downloaded into Legions Overdrive\live\legions\data\sound. It'll ask if you want to replace the existing quickchat folder. Once that's done, open up the game and select the voice pack from Options.
