Viewing skins without playing legions

Is there any free program that will show me a 3D model of a weapon skin?

I like this idea. It's tiring to eep reloading legions when I want to see how my new skins appear in-game.

But the devs have been working on a custom load out system that allows you to choose a skin and will view it on the player.

i downloaded the free version of TGEA, which came with a code for Torque Constructor. if i recall correctly, you can convert&open the legionnaire model and apply the skin.
or you could mutate your parietal lobe and picture it in your head!!
