Three and a half year ago, in the good old InstantAction times, where we had flowers on the grass maps, before the huge summerupdate, that nearly killed the community, came, when eldermimmmi and Nvidia were in Team-In7, and the community was growing, Nvidia and elder got the idea of a skillmovie, featuring every member of Team In7. A skillmovie that would top or atleast reach the level of “phanakapan snipes”,my favorite legions movie:
Nvidia started to ask the In7 members to fraps some footage and send it to him. Unfortunately he and eldermimmmi left Team In7olerance some weeks later to start a new team together. Xzanth, a new In7-member from England said he could go on with the video and asked Nvidia for the footage-downloadlinks. Nvidia said that he dosnt want to give him the links and xzanth started to collect new footage or asked us to upload the clips we frapsed again (because nobody of us saved the downloadlink). Some months and hard hours of frapsing, cutting zipping and uploading later he presented us his first skillvideo preview called: “IMPROVISO” or in7 skillvid v01
(it’s a way laggy in the beginning because of rendering errors. Also, the movie isn’t finished in the end. It was just a preview for us)
Xzanth did a very good job on the video (imo) and we all liked it. But we had some tips to make it a way better and xzanth got more and more clips and then the big summerupdate came and he wanted to put all the new content, like the new sniper,the skins and helmets, the maps and more flagpasses (because the flagpassbug was fixed) into the movie. He started to dislike the music that he used in the first video and made a completely new movie with new music, new clips and asked us if we would like it and what he could do better: “in7 skillvid v02”, the official name was still IMPROVISO:
(because xzanth had to render it with only 4GB RAM, and because he had to upload it with a very slow connection he took a very low quality to it us. The music is very cool and I can watch it without sound problems on my pc. I don’t know why youtube got this really bad soundquality. I will ask xzanth to upload a HD version of the movie soon. And because it’s only a preview too, there is no intro and no credits) (I asked him for better version but he only got this one so I will upload it to mediafire if someone wants to watch it with “normal” sound. Xzanth editing skills got better with every new movie he presented us J
We had some ideas what he could cut out, like the part were Tomstoiler and Jossiqua are sniping and shooting Nvidia and Tom falls down into the cute of the Nivosus base or the clip in the end (where the credits should be on a later version of the movie) where someone get a cool MidAir but a sec too late that the enemy returned the flag.
And again, xzanth started to dislike the music; he said ULTRAnumb from Blue Stahli is too “overused” and that we would make a new movie with other music … I was very disappointed because I really loved the video and wanted to keep the music.
A long time later, after we discussed on our clanforum about the best music, he gave me a download link of a new movie (without intro and credits again): “Skill Vid v03”: IMPROVISO
I really like the way how he fixed the thing from the movie before where Tom felt into the cute, but I firstly disliked all those “happy-rainbow-colors” and the song “Fireflys” from Breaking Benjamin, who made the Halo 2 songs, too:

And we tried to find better music again and still have like 30 links and ratings for each song on the clanforum.(we made our own ranking added the point to find the most liked songs
). xzanth took the songs with the best ratings and created the soundtrack for the whole movie with intro and credits, its 10.40 min long. Then, before he could finish the movie, IA shut down and legions came back after 9,5 months of long long waiting and a lot of “soons”. But sadly without spectator mode that he needed to finish the video. Also THE_TROOPER made a very cool legions movie (already before IA went down) called: “OMEN”
One of the top 5 legions movies in my opinion. When xzanth saw it he said: “we need more effects”, so he started to change everything again …
