Teamchange chat notification

I just noticed this today while playing, and I thought I'd make a quick note of it before I forget.

There is currently no notification in the chatbox when a player changes teams, only the usual "So-and-so respawned". A proper message in the chat window when someone changes teams would be nice.

Obviously not a critical update, but it would be a nice addition, if only to remind people to keep an eye on team sizes while pubbing (something which I tend to forget).

Take it a step further, annoy our community script guy and request a TeamHUD that displays all team member, with your team members' hp and state (holding the flag, waiting to respawn etc.) ;D

Actually, while we're talking about notifications, could we get one that notifies when a player drops from the server as well? I had a weird disorienting moment today when three quarters of my team was suddenly missing because Gorge came into rotation.
