Spiking all day long

Since yesterday I started to lag alot, never happened before though. I restarted pc internet etc. still got it. And then I thought maybe fixed tomorrow but no I still got it. So just in case here is it:

City: Breda
Province: Noord-Brabant
Country: The Netherlands
ISP: Ziggo
Type: ADSL
And yes during the game I had a big lagspike.

As explained on IRC, high pings to your own router shows that it could be problems with wifi.
