Server problem?

Why can't I see the US Hotswap TR server? It's always missing for me.. I was only able to get it to show one time.

The TR server is fine, its CTF that's messed up. We believe something related to stat tracking is messing things up.

But.. But.. I still can't see the server T.T I only got to play it once before I lagged out and the server is gone again..

client::joinserver("192.227.138.10:28003");
