I think while you're updating the RLII so why not increase the damage to it when it's activated
it's pretty fair since you're shooting one rocket to MA

Sorry Disaster, but there'd be major balance issues if this happened. If you want more damage then use grenades.

Isn't this already the case? A slight dmg increase when activated? o.0

No, it speeds up the rocket the longer you hold it down. Can be useful for chasing, I've used it and got long range splash shots by doing it.

[...] Part of added customization means that we are moving away from "specialist" weapons. Making 2 sets of a weapon, one being weaker and the other stronger, was just a balance nightmare and often made 1 of the 2 useless or overpowered. Either it is considered a unique weapon on its own or it isn't. If it wasn't unique, just more powerful, it should be scrapped and/or redesigned. This makes adding new weapons much easier too, since each can have a specific role in use and we don't have to worry about the standard+specialist aspect.

So that means the specialist chaingun and laser weapons are gone. Cluster will be balanced as a separate individual weapon (not OP+useful), and RLS is also being redesigned. [...]

I would like the Skybolt better if it had a chaingun instead of rockets and was on the Outrider.

outrider is a lighter more agile class i think the skybolt would be perfect for it. might as well add the cluster function to the grenades then it would be totally beast lol
